CUSTARD.

Custard is  based on sweetened milk, cheese, or cream cooked with egg or egg yolk  and sometimes also flour, corn starch, or gelatin.

Vanilla, Chocolate and Lemon are the most common flavours used.




PUDDING.

Puddings are commercially produced milk-based desserts with various flavours that can be enjoyed alone or mixed with different ingredients.
Puddings have the creamy texture and soft silky flavour very important for this type of  food thanks to their milk fats.

Most common flavour is Chocolate. Some other flavours are Vanilla, Butterscotch, Banana, and Pistachio.
