Order requests & payment

Online ordering is coming soon. You can currently browse flavours, build a selection and send an enquiry. This does not place an order or take payment. The pricing, delivery and cancellation information below describes our planned direct-order service.

Prices & bundle savings

25 ml bottles are listed at ₹210 each. Two bottles receive 5% off, three receive 10%, four receive 15%, and five or more receive 20% off the product subtotal. You can mix flavours. Discounts apply to one order delivered to one address and do not apply to shipping.

Delivery

Standard India delivery is ₹50, free when the product subtotal is over ₹1,000 after discounts. International delivery is ₹1,200, free when the product subtotal is over ₹3,000 after discounts. Each order is delivered to one address. Destination serviceability and any applicable import charges are confirmed separately; free shipping does not include import duties or taxes.

Our team will confirm estimated dispatch and delivery timing before payment. International deliveries may be affected by customs clearance. Contact us if a parcel is delayed, missing or arrives with a problem.

Cancellation before dispatch

You can cancel before dispatch by contacting our team. If you have already paid, we will refund the cancelled order. Please contact us promptly so we can check its dispatch status.

Returns & product issues

We do not accept change-of-mind returns, including opened flavour bottles. If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or defective, contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us resolve it. You are entitled to an appropriate refund for such issues; a replacement can be arranged if you prefer. Do not send bottles back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Refunds apply to paid orders cancelled before dispatch and qualifying product or delivery issues. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; we will confirm processing details when arranging your refund.

These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law, including remedies for misdescribed goods or orders not supplied as agreed.
